Scope

The RESETTING project, funded by the European COSMME Programme, aimed at facilitating a transition towards more resilient, circular, and sustainable operating models of European tourism companies through the testing and integration of innovative digitally-driven solutions that reduce unnecessary burdens, improve the quality of the tourism experience, contribute to the decarbonization of the tourism sector and a more inclusive economic growth.

Part of the European RESETTING project team in the scope of a Smart Tourism Toolkit (STToolkit) for crowd-monitoring solutions. Development of a tourism overcrowding sensor to monitor the occupation of spaces and detect overcrowding situations, in real-time, based on the wireless activity of nearby mobile devices .
